| Well turns out I fired up my computer today, MSN auto logs me in, and lucky me, Spartan was on and he opened a conversation as soon as I logged in, asking 'I have a photo but I don't want to show some of my *generic friend social network* friends it, can you have a look but don't tell anyone?'
He then sent me a file, which he thought he could fool me into thinking it was a picture file, I accepted. It was a zip file, I extracted it, the file inside was called 'photo_408.jpg_dazzozo@*generic free email supplier*.com.exe' It was a white window icon, I edited it in a *generic exe editor* and it turns out it had an attempt at deleting the contents of C:\Windows\ folder. He says it wasn't his fault it was sent as his computer is 'hacked' and contains 'viruses', well I argue that, YOUR computer is YOUR responsibility, shortly reporting him to his ISP. He also insulted me calling me an 'idiot' and more.
Should he be let back? I want YOU to do the vote!
*Yes I did put the *generics* in as I'm obsessed today.*
Waddle On! or Waddle Off to Spartan!

| I vote perma ban, I mean, insulting you and trying to send viruses to your computer.... I recall him also trying to send a virus through to my computer, luckily he didn't put the link in the convo (BTW, yes, he opened a convo with me as soon as I logged in too) | |

It's one of those 'awesome software' things you downloaded. Yeah but, I care for the safety of the members of this forum and chat, he is responsible for his computer. He needs to get it sorted out or poof. That could of been virtual death for me and Bp, as he got sent the fake picture aswell. No admins, No updates. Lonely Forum.

No admins, No updates. Lonely Forum. Exactly, that is one of the few reasons why I believe Spartan should be perma banned.

| Psh. Internet these days. What good will a Perma-ban do if he can change his IP? Now if he does change his IP, prepare for the worst. For gods sake he could team up with mario! | |

| Hmm.... Wait, Sending viruses is illeagl. Right? You have the right to throw him in jail. At least in America you can. Now, if you keep the file, & the date the transfer happened, you have solid leagle proof to have him go to jail. Again, Americanly speaking. Thats why I dont use MSN anymore. It may sound dumb to call the cops, but is punishable BY LAW. | |

~TheSantaBoggs~ No, it's happened to me. I know what's happened. Listen. Daz downloaded a piece of software that contained this virus. It affected his MSN, obviously, and possibly more. I have had this happen to me, and my internet explorer mucked up, too. It's not always the same person who 'sends' it. Luckily, when it happened to me, my anti virus (ZoneAlarm Security Suite) deleted the files inside, so I never got as close to *imitates turning a computer off* as Daz, but I got pretty close. So think before trying to correct me, please, Boggs. I know it's not Spartan. |

I know it's not Spartan. Nope, your wrong CC, sorry CC but your wrong. 1.) I don't download much software anymore these days, and if I do, I make sure it's legit. I'm not thick. 2.) Loads of people (not Spartan) have sent me this virus. Even BP had it, but he declined and blocked him. I can't believe you'd think I'm the wrong one.
