| Everyone is allowed 5 infractions before being banned. You can see the number of infractions you have in the bottom section of your profile. Only admins can edit your infractions, so don't try. Really bad actions could get you more than 1 infraction at a time. Every time you get an infraction, you lose your post count rank or any special rank you have. Unfortunately, rule violation ranks never expire unless you only recieve a warning or you have only a small offense. Here are the ranks:
1st Infraction: Rule Violator
2nd Infraction: Double Rule Violator
3rd Infraction: Naughty Penguin
4th Infraction: On My Way Out... (a 10 day ban takes effect)
5th Infraction: Perma-Banned (the perma-ban takes effect)
